Every Royal Thermal View customer receives personalized attention and is never subject to high-pressure sales!
Our customer base includes thousands of area homes and businesses, with the majority of our customers being referrals from previous customers. Royal Thermal View’s replacement and new construction windows are custom tailored and ordered directly from the manufacturers and are backed by a manufacturers warranty. Every Energy Star replacement and new construction window we install is available with a U value rating from .28 down to .16. Furthermore, Royal Thermal View is a Therma-Tru Certified Installer which means we have received the training and experience to install the nation’s leading brand of exterior doors.
Long ago, Royal Thermal View decided not to expand its business to the point that we were no longer in control. By staying smaller, we can provide exceptional friendly service from our first meeting with customers, through a project, and beyond. We enter into a lifelong cooperation to meet our customers’ needs, whether it is simple maintenance or accidental damage. Royal Thermal View has its own employees and does not use sub-contractors. Furthermore, we are a member of the Greater Better Business Bureau, the Milford Chamber of Commerce, and we are fully licensed and insured.
